RE: Tremec TKO 500
I got the bell housing, yolk, fluids, but I didn't get a crossmember. Would you recommend I do, or is modifying the existing one O.K.
BTW-What does that involve and how hard is it to enlarge the shifter handle holes?

RE: Tremec TKO 500
are you going to use your old shifter handle on the tko? it comes with the shifter base and not the handle, all you have to do is drill them out to the appropriate size, as for the cross member new ones are 100$ or you can grind down the tack welds on the old one and slide it back.. your call

RE: Tremec TKO 500
I was planning on it and have an aluminum short throw shifter I was planning on using.
What type/brand cross member could I buy if I wanted to go that route as opposed to grinding down the tack welds on the old one?
