strange strut question

so there adjustable, great. but what are the settings? like what does 10 equall?9?8?

i heard it was
90/10 then
80/20 then
70/30 and so on and so on.. is this true?

it depends on the manufacture you need to go the there website and see there ratings , an 10 maybe harder rebound then commpression or the other way around
