So I'm going to need some tires soon and I was wondering what types and sizes you guys are running on your ponies (16x[i think]7).I've heard of people throwing 275's on pony wheels, and as much as I would love to have that wide of a tire, it just doesn't sound too safe for a 7 inch wide wheel. I was thinking either a 265/60/16 or255/60/16for the rear and probably just a 225/55/16 on the fronttogive a little bit more of a raked look to it. Also I'm addicted to BFG tires so anything from them will be considered.

the regular g-force sports are nice and cheap, I would just get all 4 245-50-16

the largest that they go for a 16" wheel is a 225/60, for the bfg g-force sports

kellycharger hptcame with the car. I dont know what this means but 245/45 and 9.5 inches wide hope that helps ya out.I measured them and there on stock 17's. I always seemed to get good traction from them but, still want nittos for summer

id second the BFG G-Force Sports. or the KDW's. and id also say go with this size: 245-50-16[/align][/align]or check out the Nitto 555's. not sure on the sizes for them but its a good tire.[/align][/align]i personally also like the Falken Azenis tire. but i think the only realistic application for a Pony would be 225/50R16. not sure that you want to go that small but i have only heard good things about the tire.[/align][/align]what are you looking for in a tire? do you want something thats good in the wet? winter? only in the dry summer?[/align]
