can i cut my springs to lower my car if so how do i do it right?

if the springs are linear or you cut dead coils it shouldnt change the ride much at all, unless you go overboard.

u can. cut a about a coil and let it seat it should be close enough to what u want. ur ride quality shouldn't suffer much

so thats a cheap inexpensive way to lower the car so one coil is about 1.5 inches

I would rather see you cut a spring down than do this.

When you heat the metal in your springs, you're helping to fatique them. This is a dangerous method.
