Default Cubic Inch Question

ok....i need help. well, not help, but i got a question. ok. a 302 block bored .030" over is a 306. so, therefore, would a 302 block bored .040" over be a 308 ?? thanks.

cubic inches = (bore x bore)/4 times 3.14159 times stroke times 8. you do the math! stock 302 has 4.000" bore and 3.000" stroke.
