RE: PP intake, dremeling runners???
i know when i ddi my eddie performer intake i first marked how the gasket lined up with the intake ports.... this was on the lower intake where the heads line up. then i used a dremel to remove the extra material from the intake... only going about 1/4 of an inch down the runner... then i used a sander attachment and sanded the ports/runners as smooth as i could get them. then for the upper i just lined up the gaskets and opened the ports up to match the gasket. i was lazy and didn't do any sanding of the runners on the upper.

ok ....you need a marker, center the gasket on the intake , get an carbide bit and an air tool grind up ina lil ways and taper down to as far as the gasket goes (were you made your marks at ) just grind down to the gasket your just lining up port to port so you get even flow
