350rwhp with minor mods is impossible. the exhuast mods you mentioned if your lucky will get you to 200rwhp. do full exhaust and a 150shot of nitrous and youll be at about 350rwhp. nitrous is a minor mod in my opinion.

with a 150 shot of nitrous they did a thing on a zex article and a 150 shot put a stock 95 gt at about 285hp and 403torque or something. i may stand correct i dont remember the article correctly...nitrous though yea minor mod, but stick with a 100shot and do some bolt ons. be prepared to spend like 3k in mods though buddy, you might nail 310rwhp....maybe without anything MAJOR. but you will need a head swap and intake swap to get even close

Kinder gentler samseed = good, LTnone = probably still gonna be a dick... In all honesty, these posts just keep getting more and more rediculous.

Don't forget supporting mods. They will kill you. FPR, injectors, mass air, throttle body, fuel pump, yada yada yada. It adds up, fast. Here's my suggestion. Get yourself some heads, a cam, and a new intake. Get all of the supporting mods. Get a few suspension parts. Try upper and lower rear control arms. This will help you get the power to the ground. Finally, get some gears. Since gas mileage isn't a concern really, I'd go with 4.10's. Maybe 3.73's if you're gonna be doing much highway driving. Pick up a set of long tube headers, or even shorties if you want. This will probably all cost about 4-5k if you do everything but the gears yourself (get those professionally installed. No questions). You will also need a dyno tune, which will cost roughly $500. Get some sticky tires if you feel like spending more. Will you be at 380rwhp? No. You might see 310 if you're lucky. However, all of that coupled with the gears (HUGE difference) and suspension work will get you more than enough power to have some fun around town.
