I just ordered a door handle kit from laterestoration and made sure they where metal so they wont break again, and then i went to several body shops askin a price for them to install them and they quoted me $45 for each. Whats the easiest way to do the job myself?. It seem that i would need a drill to dill out the old rivits but dk much.

wow...i ordered my metal handles for $20 a pair off of ebay...they work great! yea...just drill the rivets and pop the new ones in...real simple.

i didnt have a big enough rivet gun, so i took some small bolts and bolted mine in

haha...i thought about that...i went to home depot and bought a rivet gun, then returned it the same day!!!

i too bolted mine in ahaha i also got the crome ones and broke the passenger one AGAIN so i gotta get another one haha something with that door it just doesnt like me
