need some help from the 5.0 guys
I have a 98 GT, and I am changing out my springs with the fronts from a Fbody 4cyl and the rear from a Fbody V8, I am going to change out the shocks and struts as well, and will be going with a set that is designed for the Fbody.....my question to you all is what do you recommend? They dont have to be the best, but something that will give a noticeable improvement and last. thank you for any help.

for starters, NEVER refer to a FOX as an Fbody... F-body is a camaro/firebird
As for the shocks and struts... You could do a Strange 10 way adjustable setup for less than $400... but since your swapping 4 cyl springs in, I would assume you are doing this for drag racing purposes... Lakewood shocks and struts would be a cheap effective alternative
