now if im full of **** show me im wrong.
Ok, I accept that challenge. First, lets start off by asking how you, oh mighty one, came up with your claim that the stock injectors are good for 300 hp at 80% duty cycle. You claimed here in this thread that 80% is max, and you claimed in this thread RIGHT HERE that:
ORIGINAL: ohsoquik02
19lbs will support 300 hp. no need to go higher. if you want only go ot 24 anything higher is a waste of money
so now that we have that out of the way, lets do some basic math shall we?

First, since your so smart Im sure you already know that Ford rates their fuel injector flow rates at 39psi. Secondly we know that were talking about 19# injectors and that a typical NA performance engine has a BSFC (brake specific fuel consumption, though Im sure you already knew that too) of .45. So lets do some math shall we?

19# x 8 injectors x .8 duty cycle / .45 = 270 hp

now lets try it my way...

19# x 8 x .9 / .45 = 304 hp

so you see, what we have here is a simple case of someone who doesn't know what the fvck their talking about (you) simply repeating two different peoples opinions on what should work ... only problem is that the two people you picked had different opinions! How and the hell can you get 300 hp out of 19# injectors with an 80% duty cycle??? You can't because the 300hp mark is achieved with the 90% duty cycle bish! Its not friggen possible to get it at 80% unless you bump the fuel pressure. So quit talking like you know better and remember when you told me this:

dude im going to warn you right now DONT AND I MEAN DONT TRY TO CORRECT ME.
Thanks for threatening me, it gave me the motivation to own your ***. I want the last 15 minutes of my life back now please.
what is funny is that you quoted me and none of that was anythng i said.

idk man...you were in the right though........ive never seen him on here......but, he was owned. all said n done. now, you seem like you need a beer to relax. on the house
you havent seen me on here cause i lost my net access. ive on here for almost a year. i lost access back in feb. and where was i owned? when he put in numbers i didnt state. go look at any of my posts and it shows i didnt state that. my statement was you shouldnt run your injectors past 80% duty cycle. when you run past 80% its time to step up to larger ones

Well I do want to be sure everyone knows that its not a good idea to "try" for a 90% duty cycle - that around 70-80% is "ideal". The question was how much could the injectors support, as in maximum hp - therefore question of maximum duty cycle came up. I do apologize for the argument, I realized right away that this dude wanted an argument so I tried to back out of the conversation ... TWICE!!!! I tried to just leave it alone... but he kept pushing...

you can either learn or not
I woulda rather have had a healthy debate, not an argument where I'm threatened to "learn from him" ... and I wonder why he read this thread last night for an hour but didn't respond?
i didnt say learn from me, sorry your wrong again. i stated you can either learn or not. stating anyone not just you. you must have a selfesteem problem to think everyone directs things towards you
