sounds like my vaccumm leak. I would say it is a vaccuum leak because i had the same idleing problem and i found out a vaccumm hose was disconnected from the ford moduel. It is on the drivers side against the firewall. There are a bunch of hoses connected to it. It is black and plastic and says ford in the middle. Well thats my opinnion.
