Pretty obvious, no cat, no restricted exhaust flow. Won't pass emissions if you have it. High flow, a lil more restricting but will pass emissions. The exhaust will also be louder w/o the cats on it.

Tests have shown they yeild about the same performance. Go with what your state and/or budget allows. I personally think no cats is overrated, i want to put some on my car
