How much to paint this?
Just wondering what you thought an average shop might charge to paint this my original two-tone color.

RE: How much to paint this?
Well, it REALLY depends. Do you want JUST the front bumper painted or do you want it blended with your hood, fenders, etc. Are you going to remove the headlights, etc. Are they going to install it on the car, are they painting it off the car, etc. It also depends on quality of the shop. There are shops where I could get my whole car sprayed for like $1K, there are also places where I can have the same paint used, etc. and get charged 3K. Best bet would be to go to shops and have them check it out and give you their opinion. I learned that with body shops, everyone is different... could be by the hundreds. Could be by the thousands. FYI, red is also the most expensive paint.

It's going to cost more because it's two tone and it will need to be blended because the new paint will not match the original. I would not be shocked if it costs around $500.

I don't think that it'd allow much air into your engine bay, but here's something to think about.
(but really it's probablynot practical for a street car.)
