ok so im 17 and i bot myself an 86 5.0 gt cobra (yes cobra im in canada eh) T-roof and a hatch back... so the body is pretty bad so i bot a passanger door at a flea market turns out its for a hard top so it has the bar going around it and my door thats on the car dosent have the bar ... do u guys think i can cut the bar and put the door on .. or is it not going to fit right or maby some probs. with the window?

thats all the company did that made the ttop/vert cars ford never made any of them in house from 79-93 ull also need to change out your glass and maybe the window regulator etc?

The mirror's ralso different and they mount differently than ones on the hard topsso u'll have to drill holes in ur door tomount the different mirrors

You are a lot better of getting any 79-93 t-yop or convertable door. I like the87-90 Vert doors because the have the nicer trim than the 79-86 and they don't mount the mirror on the door like the 91-93's. They mount it in the same spot as your hatch has now.
