How many miles on the engine? You probably won't want to waste the time/money on new bearings, they should be fine. Lifters should always be replaced with a new cam, aside from that it's mostly just new gaskets than you need. Replace the head bolts, definitely. After 1992 1/2 Ford switched to torque to yield bolts, basically they're a one time deal. Don't forget thread sealer for the ones that go through the water jacket and moly assembly lube for the ones that don't. This will affect your torque specs as well. Just go with ARP bolts and lube, they have specs for bolts w/ lube/sealer on them anyway. At least if you go ARP, you'll need to torque them down and loosen them and retorque a total of 5 times (torque, loosen, tq, loose, tq, loose, tq, loose, tq). Pain in the butt procedure but do it

It's probably arp.com, if not type arp bolts in a search engine and you'll find it. If you're more comfortable putting in new bearings then there's nothing really wrong, but that would involve taking the shortblock apart, which is a huge hassle when you wouldn't need to do it otherwise. Header bolts can be reused, but they're cheap if you want better ones. Any gasket that you expose should be scraped off and replaced
