t-5 help
alright well i just got the 87 and its been sitting for a year. i don't know how the tranny shifts as i can't drive it yet. i haven't tried to start it yet and won't do so until i have done a good tune up. and i was just wondering should i change the fluid in the tranny as well while i am doing the tune up or what? if so, what would you reccommend using as tranny fluid? its a T-5, 5 spd. thanks guys!

i think i would... hell it wont hurt at all
use atf... i prefer(as do most) synthetic...
and just like the resta the car... let it warm up 1st before driving it... so that the fluid can fully lubercate everything...

alright thanks dimebag, and trust me the car will get up to operating temperture and sit a few mins till i drive her, only around the neighborhood tho, don't have insurance or a tag yet.
