Default Smog Pump Question

I have my smog pump running but no hoses are hooked up to it. It will be fine right? I just want to make sure it won't freeze up.

Why dont you just remove it if its not hooked up? Whats the point of removing it if not for the weight/looks?

Yeah I plan on it. But to install it I have to take the supercharger back out cause the pump gets sandwiched between the two mounts [:@]
