right now i've got a catalytic x-pipe and american thunder catback on my 5.0. i like how it sounds but i'm trying to get the old musclecar sound. i haven't heard any sound clips of the new cherry bomb glasspack and was wondering if they sound like the old cherry bombs. how do bullets sound on the 5.0? i know they'll be louder which is what i'm looking for but i still want a nice tone. i had true duals with summit glasspacks on my truck and i hated the sound. it always popped really loud and i couldn't stand it.

It sounds to me like you dont want cherry bombs! Go with an h pipe and keep the american thunders. Thats prob one of the deepest sounds you will get.

I had bullits on my car and it sounded like what you're after. Nice deep tone. And yeah, they were loud.

i don't want cherry bombs, i was just wondering how they sounded, my dad had them on his 72 fastback and i think his 67 and he really liked them, i was really little when he had those cars though and couldn't remember how they sounded, but i'm really liking how those bullits sound
