OMG I MIGHT KNOW THIS, what does it sound like? when you hit the breaks is it like a scraping noise? like a metal on metal noise?

Its the dust cover behind the disc brake. You can be sure by looking if theres a worn part (silver). Just bend it back a tiny bit, will fix it, I had the same problem. Its a flat metal peice that sits right behind the disc. Somehow it gets too close. It seems that its the source of a lot of wheel noises.

I had the same problem on both my front wheels and it was both of the dust covers, you could even see the wear on it. Just try it and see what happens.
