Beefing up the rear

RE: Beefing up the rear
I found a company that sells the Wild Ride Battle Boxes and just noticed they have both upper and lower kits.
Do I need both? The lower kit is $99.95 and the upper torque box is $109.95.
Is this worth it or should I just get the axle tubes and torque boxes welded?

tons of companies make battle boxes. check ebay. as long as they are made of 1/8" steel and include grade 8 hardware, its good. i bought my uppers and lowers in a kit for about $140
and why do you only make 450hp on a sc'd 347? my new sc'd 331 will be in the 600hp range

http://koolpages.com/potatohell/trucks.html at the bottom of the page there is a few pics of my battle boxes installed. the pics were taken before most of the welding was done. there is also a picture of how i tied my upper torque boxes into my roll cage
