Sorry to hear about that dude, it always sucks when something like that comes up. On the other hand, think about how badass your car is gonna be when you finally get them installed

None of those local shops want to do anything for you due to the fact that they would be making 16 set-ups on the mill/drill before they got done with the heads.
It's actually quite easy to figure out the angles of everything.
I just can't believe what TFS is going to charge for that work..............

Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about. Please step away from the crack pipe. If you just drill and tap them like you are saying. What do you think happens to the geometry of the valve consider they are canted? You my friend need to do some research before posting about something of this nature.not trying to be an a*shole about it just correcting this before everyone thinks it is possible.

it shouldn't be any different to convert em..just drill em, helicoil em and screw in the new studs. you are only going into the head mabe 5/8 of an inch to 3/4
i'm just quoting what i have seen done and work fine...but after i thought about it...it was a steel head...not aluminum

On a iron head this procedure isnt a big deal. On a canted type setup though the geometry is important to maintain. Considering I dont wanna bend or break anything TFS will do the work. They now know my whole setup I intend on using and know what they need to do to make it possible.
