Does anyone know how to remove this? It feels like there are the those press on nuts on the back side, but I can get a socket on it to save my life. I'm thinking about just drilling out the posts from the front and then just putting the new one on. Anyone done this before?

Yea there r two nuts on the back of it. I was able to get mine off my 87 LX with a deep wellsocket,extentions, and patience

+1 on the socket and you'll need Jethro arms to reach under the bumper and go up.

Do you remember what size the nuts were? Were they metric? I had ordiginally tried standard size and the things wouldn't bite for some reason. Not to mention I wasn't all that jazzed about raking my knuckles across the a/c condenser. I'll have to try it from underneath, I was going right through the grill.

I think it was metric 10mm? I was talking long arms.
