whys the cluch slipping

RE: whys the cluch slipping
Bleed the clutch, then go from there. It will probably at least help, especially if he just put it in. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get all the air out. Pump it, then hold it while a friend loosens the valve to release the airand tightens it back up.

WOW please don't give transmission or clutch advise anymore... not to be a dick but you don't know what your talking about...
they make kits for mustangs to convert to hydrolic clutch... why u would do this is beyond me since the hydrolic is slower that the cable clutch but to each his owni guess

RE: whys the cluch slipping
+ 1000 there is not way to bleed a clutch on a mustang unless it has been converted to a hydrolic (very uncommon and dumb IMO)
and burning BECAUSE there isn't any component in a mustangs clutch system tthat uses fluid there for there is nothing tobleed

you don't have a hydraulic clutch...therefor...no fluid in clutch system to bleed....our clutch system works off of forks and cables.....if someone tells you they can bleed a clutch on a mustang.....give him a swift kick in the nuts....

As was said, that car does not have a hydraulic clutch, therefore you cannot bleed it. You can adjust the cable, but no bleeding.
