Default stuffin in new tires

I'm working on trying to get slicks to fit under my 89 notch. But i'm sure as many have asked the quad shock really restricts alot of tire that could potentially be under there. I read in a few books that this shock helps the axles not hop under hard accleration. How bad will it hop if i take it off? How many of you have taken them out? should i

the edit button works wonders you know....

maximummotorsports.com offers alot of really good stuff, some people take the cheap(not better) route and buy BBK control arms, or even summit brand control arms. Anything is better then stock... but some stuff just isnt worth buying

not to bring this back from the dead, but you said your dad wont let u run skinnies and cops are dicks about it, but your dad will let u run slicks and the cops are okay with those? just no skinnies up front?

I just replaced my uppers and lowers with granatelli non-adjustables and I still have wheel hop.

I got adjustable upper solid lower , a set of toruqe boxes , rear coil overs and with a mini tub I can squeez 325/50r15's
