Ideally, I would have used something like this: Fogger Mount , and then drilled somewhere into the intake elbow (whether that be the original rubber one, or a CAI aluminum elbow...doesn't matter). With this, you've got a solid, threaded hole for the fogger to seat in and you wont have to worry about it backing out from engine vibes, nitrous sputtering, backfires, etc....
