Default Drag Radials on DD

I need some new tires pretty soon and was wondering if its ok to run drag radials all the time. My car really isnt my DD. I usually take it out on short trips and beat on it. Will they wear out really fast? I still have 4 lug with 373's . Thanks.

ps what brand tire for decent price? I want to use my stock ponys

I wouldn't want to run them in the rain but itd be okay....they will wear a lot faster than regular tires. I'd get the Mickey Thompsons, they make good DRs thatll fit on stock ponies.

I would go with nitto because they have a longer tread life then the others.

I run mickey thompson ET street radials as my daily driver tires if you do get them you have to be very careful when its wet out, almost spun out on a bridge just letting off the gas

but they hook really good at the track, I was amazed the traction I got the first time out, and spraying in first gear is awesome when it grabs
