honestly it seems megasquirt is better... but if u dont ahve major goals and u are gettin a hell of a deal the PMS it mite be a better way to go.. i mean its supposta be hella easy... like 12 year old can use it... lol mega squirt is better tho... its just if ur willing to take the time to put it together and learn how it works
you dont even have to put it together... you can buy them pre-assembled
Id rather put it together, plus you save like $100 that way too. The cheaper the better, I can do any labor myself, so I hate paying someone else to do work on my car. You ended up paying like $310 in total for your kit right? Did you already have the wideband? Also do you need a wideband with a gauge? or can you just get it to datalog into a laptop?

ACTUALLY.......

you can hard wire the wideband directly into your megasquirt. It will work similar to how the stock ECM uses the stock narrow band O2 sensors, except it will use the wideband for better resolution.

The megasquirt also has a "auto-tune" function, which it can use to adjust your VE (vlumetric efficientcy) tables based on a preset AFR table that you make, and the wideband O2 sensors readings
