Default New to me 1993 cobra

I just got a 93' COBRA completely stock less than 50,000 miles. want to mod but not want to change intake, heads, injectors, cam. what is the power potential of the above componets. Looking to do pullies, MAF, TB, equal length shorties O/R H-pipe, timeing advance, 1.7 rooler rockers and need lots of help with computer up grades, sugestions please.

THANK YOU!!

P.S. I know the heads and cam will limit me but for now thats ok.

the intake on those is already sweet but definately the maf you should get one calibrated for cold air and get the k&n cold air kit for maf mustangs a 70mm throttle body would be a good idea too. other than that underdrive pulleys and if doesnt have it yet strut tower brace sub frame conectors check your rear gears 3.73's are probably the best for a ride that you want to still have streetable and still have fun with... by the way if you want to price out some of these upgrades www.summitracing.com/landing/mustang/

if theyre so sweet, they should be a lot more than a 5hp increase over a stock H.O. get a cai, bigger maf and throttle body. full exhaust. if youre running stock cam, just go w/ 1.6 rockers. but, if youre gonna upgrade the h/c/i, then, definitely go w/ 1.7's. and definitely gears too. have fun

I know you want to mod, but if I were you I'd keep that Cobra as close to stock as possible, at least close enough to revert it back to stock without too much of a hassle. Those 1993 Cobras are real collectors items. The value is going to go way up, probably faster than any other late model Mustang.

either im thinking of 94-95 cobras or your car should already have 1.7's

nope, 93 has them too. gotta go 1.72 to get a difference. or get an actual cam

that is why i dont want to change the cam or heads or intake. the car does have 1.7 roller from factory. i begaining to think that ill just change the rear gears and be done. the car is worth a about 10-12 grand the way it sit.
