Default Clutch Help

I need some help with my clutch. I have a completely stock 89 Gt that has a Centerforce DF with adjustable clutch cable and firewall adjuster. Ever since its been installed it has given me troubles. I have to adjusted almost every week, because it doesnt let me go into any gear easy. what can i do to fix it. Could it be that it is wearing down. The car is also a DD, and i have put about 10 miles in 5 months ago.

sounds liek your either adjusting it incorrectly, or you should just avoid centerforce clutches like i have always suggested
