harmonic dampers??
will this work on a 89 5.0 ho iam not to sure on the weight is 50oz ok?
This is a brand new fluid damper manufactured by RPM. This balancer is designed to absorb the engine and the torsion vibration from the rotating assembly at any frequency and RPM. It thus extends the life of crankshaft and bearing and allows the engine to produce more power and torque. It has a 50 oz. imbalance and is a direct replacement for the 1985-1995 5.0 mustang motor. It has the same diameter as the stock balancer and is a true bolt on replacement and does not require the use of a pulley spacer.
This balancer is tested to 12,500 RPM for explosion proof in compliance with SFI 18.1 Specification. This would be a great balancer to replace that worn out stock balancer or a good upgrade for high rpm engines[/b] [/align]
