Im tired of my flowmasters and was thinking about switching to magnapacks. Right now I am running BBK shorty headers, MAC Prochamber, and Flowmaster American Thunder Catback. It sounds good but its not the tone or sound that I want. I amthinking about going with a Maganflow or Bassani X-Pipe and switching out my flowmasters with some magnapacs. What do you guys think about this?? Would it sound good?? Oh yeah its on a 89 5.0

Aren't magna packs just expensive glass packs? If they are glass packs I'd stay away from them.

I was thinking about going with SLP but im not sure yet. I really like the way both the SLP and Magnapacs sound but dont know which one to go with.

If the magnapacs are what comes with Magnaflows cat-back, then they sound good... At WOT they scream... I need to get a sound clip of it; I will try tomorrow. They are quiet crusing around, but when you open the throttle, you can hear them.

I did it sounds good but Magnapacs sound good also. I had a vid on my computer with a 5.0 with magnapacs but i deleted it. I cant remember exactly how it sounded.

Yeah they come with the magnapac catback for newer stangs but didnt make it for the 5.0 thats why im looking at just the mufflers/resonaters whatever you want to call them.

I think magnapacks sound horrible on 5.0s, very raspy, and with an X pipe its gonna be a lot worse. I do think the regular Magnaflows sound good though.
