freeze plugs

Default freeze plugs

i am rebuilding a 351 and i can't get the freeze plugs out, what is the best way to do this. also what is the best way to remove camshaft bearings?

ok take an brass punch and go in one corner of the plug and hammer it till it starts to spin then grab it out with a pare of pliers as for the oil gally take a torch (not for long ) and heat up around were the plugs are in the back of the motor and scew them out as for the square ones use and 1/4 ratchet to get them out and to get the small ones in the front use a lond rod and pound them out with an hammer
