Do i need to get new pushrods and lifters when i do my H/C/I swap??

Yes, very. Get hardened pushrods, unless you like them looking like pretzels. Also, lifters should always be replaced with a cam

You will need hardened pushrods, lifters are not a bad idea and depending who you ask if they are in good condition they can be reused.

I wasnt going to get new lifters for mine until i saw the wear patterns on my cam and lifters, so I'm just gonna do it...

Feel the rollers with your fingers, if they're smooth then they're good.

You have to measure for the correct pushrod length, stock length is roughly 6.25" so you wont know what size you need for sure until you have your new heads and cam installed.
