Default speed density to MAF?

ok well i am hung up on converting it to MAF or going with carb. how hard is it to convert to MAF from speed density? could you do it in a weekend? what all is needed? can an average person mechanical wise do it? i plan on future mods to the stang and i don't have much help. just wondering how hard it is to convert or would it be easier to buy a car that already has MAF. thanks guys,

funny, i just talked to someone about this less then an hour ago. ok you need, computer(A9L, A9P are the best, not sure what else works), mass air meter, and intake tube. you can splice into your old harness... thats all you need.

check out the tech articles, theres a full write up on it.

i know i've began reading it and such but i need it in lameman terms if you know what i mean. my injectors might be bad on my engine and i was talking with my cousin and we decided before we get bigger ones we should go ahead with converting over to MAF. it seems hard to me and my cousin dosen't know much. i plan on future mods of a s/c or h/c/i and i heard MAF would be the way to go. anyone here done it before? i'd like to ask questions about it.

bigger ones as in 24's? there shouldn't be any need until you get you h/c/i installed and even then 19's should be fine

ya thinkin about24's. i know its probably too big to run, but might as well upgrade the fuel components while i am at it. and it would either be going with a s/c or a h/c/i. i heard MAF would be easier to work with and such then speed density.
