Hello, I've been reading through the forum for awhile and have decided to finaly post. I've ownd my 92 convertable 5.0 for almost two years and have started looking into upgrades. I've installed a H-pipe with not converters and a Flowmaster 40 series exhaust. At the moment I'm having trouble finding a company that makes subframe connecters for a convertable. Any help from those of you who have weld in connectors on your vert would be greatly apreciated. The car only has 70k miles on it and is in really clean shape so there are no major mods pland right away. The 5.0 is strong and the AOD is in good shape. I'm waiting on MarvoMont to start producing their Pony R's again and considering a 5lug conversion, but my ponys work for now. My long term goal is to have the car for the rest of my life, and I'm trying to make sure any mods will be for the long term good of the vehicle. Here is a pic and I welcome any input or suggestions you all would have.

i've been doing some research on the subframe issue as well. i dont have them on yet, but from what i've read, the regular coupe/hatchback subframes will work, its just that some rivets need to be grinded down on our floorpans or something to make them fit correctly. hopefully another vert owner will chime in here, cuz i'm not too sure myself, and i would like to know.

I have a set of subframes for sale. They are nonpainted, square tubing, weld + bolt ons.

It is far from perfect, but I have high hopes for it. My first car at 15 was a 87 hatchback with a 4banger, and I dreamed of haing a 5.0 convertable fox. I'm also toying around with a 73 Maverick, but my intrest in it is failing.. prob going to sell it soon. I'm in the Air National Guard and have a feeling I'll be geting activated soon, and it would be alot easyr to store 1 car instead of 2

That is a clean looking vert BackinBlack, did you shave your antenna? I found a delete kit that was suposed to have been used on the 93 Cobra Rs, but I cant decide if I just want to wait to shave it during a repaint.
