Default All catted h/x pipes the same?

I am just wondering if all catted H or X pipes are gonna be the same flow wise. I'd ideally like to get something that is as cheap as possible but better than stock.

Any ideas?

thank you

Some cats may flow a little better than others.

I'd hope that a bassani would flow better then a bbk and mac x pipe for the extra $200+ youpay for them.

Not only do some cats flow better than others...but don't forget about the exhaust pipes themselves...more specifically, the bends in the piping. That makes a difference too.

I would also guess thickness of steel could contribute to tone, etc.
