I have the D&D set up as well and they recommened a 250 lb spring for my 88 cov. I toldhim it was a street/strip car. The ride quality isnt bad and it handles preety darn good. I havent had the chance to take it to the tract yet though.

blue u will be fine with the 175spring rate.

i had 150 in my old gt but my car pretty much had a drag set up. when i launched it had awesome weight transfer but didn't handle very well at all

my friends think with some better tires aka traction they think i could of pulled a gangster pull (where it pulls one wheels off the ground). i was hoping for both but one is better than none

Just a little update. I spent over a half hour talking to the guys over at D&D (a different guy this time - the spring rate guy they call him lol) and Im going to go w/ a 10" 250lb spring in the front. Basically, w/ a 14" spring like that I would have major issues trying to run a 17 or 18" rim like I wanted to. Im looking for an all around comfortable ride w/ decent handling capabilities and decent straight line performance. Straight line performance will suffer a little bit since the spring is really short (10") which I may get some "spring float" but shouldnt be that big of a deal.I ordered them today, struts on Friday and C/C plates hopefully tomorrow!
