just wondering if anyone reccomends any 5 lug axels?
what spline should i get and on my stock rear end should these axels be able to handle about 350-375 horses at the wheels?

Go w/ a 31 moser setup, or another reputable brand (strange, etc.)

Not the whole rear, just a new carrier( center part)

mmmmmmm, like 2-600 depending what you buy. What are your hp goals and for the car as well. Yo can pic up a used 31 spline carrier out of an explorer for real cheap and them rebuild it. Most likely what I'm gonna do.

what would be a good carrier to go with? i saw a ford racing 31 spline for 250 and that was one of the cheapest, would that be good enough for my applications?
Whats the diffirence between the open and closed ones?
also how difficult is it to install a new carrier? is it something a shop would have to do?
