I forget the sh*t that I used, its not bondo though. It comes in a yellow can and the filler itself is yellow too.

Bondo works great. They make a kind that is a little more espensive. I think it is "gold label". It is worth the little extra it costs. Sands really easy and smooth. I have never used fiberglass filler b4 though.

Definitely ,evercoat is a good one, any in their line. I have been using it professionally ( body&frame tech by trade) for the last 6 years and have had outstanding results with it . In fact, I did all the body work on my car with evercoat and you can not even tell. I would reccomend this stuff to anyone, just apply it properly and finish off with poly putty and some nice fine paper!

bondo bondoman!!!!! i want to be a bondoman!!!!
ive used bondo on aluminum, steel and fiberglass. works fine for em as long as u mix it right. i lef tthe hrdeneer in the car on a hot summer day and it got screwd up some howand wouldnt harden right,so dont do that. fiberglass is extremely easy to use. i jsut used napa brand. the resin is good forflat areas where as the resin was designed to sue on cures and no horizontal areas as it wills tick instead of run. botha re easily sandable jsut make sure that when u lay down the cloth u have some way of getting it smooth again. when iused fiberglass on a crack i did the repair on the back of it and then flieed the exterior of the crack with bondo sanded, primed , painted. napa brand fiberglass worked fine. jsut read the instructions and it usually works fine
