? on difference 5.0ho - 5.0

what is the differences between a 5.0ho and regular 5.0......is firing order difference
just in cam.....ho only motor with forged pistons.....are cranks the same..any other
short block changes....thanks bob

i have always wondered that to my h/o is outta 85 and say a regular 5.0 outta 88 orsomewere around that year

the firing order is different and the cam ho makes like 20 more hp that is it

short blocks are same except for cam ? ..... did ford use forged pistons in all 5.0 motors [standard and ho] between 85-92 .....thanks bob
