Depends what you want, sometimes people running a low gear will use a bigger tire to help offset it a little. If you want the stock size just go with 255/55-15, if you want a 27" tire go with 255/60-15. If you want a 26" tire thats 275 wide go with 275/50-15, and so on.

if its just for the track and looks dont really matter whats the problem here? the size difference between your setup right now and whether you go to a 26,27,or 28 tire for the track isnt really going to hurt anything at the track. I have some 15" 10 holes. The tire I want (MT ET streets) only come in 235/60/15 and 255/60/15...not a 255/55/15.

if they are for track only, it doesnt really matter. Personally, I think putting drag radials on 10 holes is a waste of time, but hey, to each their own. I would rather have a 15x8 with a 275/50/15 and run the proper tire height.

Isn't the 275/50 the same height as the 255/60? And why are running DR on 10 holes a waste?


Edit: my bad, 275/50 is 26" tall
255/60 is 27" tall.
