use 1 3/4" .134" wall mild steel, chrome moly tubing can be thiner

I thought the rules for 6 point were that the main loop had to be welded and the front bars COULD be bolted (to allow removal for easier street access). Not completely sure on that though. It is 6 point for 11.49 I am sure.

11.49 -10.0 all you need is a 6 point roll bar
