Default best place to buy cylinder heads?

wheres the best place to buy cylinder heads from, cheaper then most? i knew they had a place selling edelbrock performer rpm head for like $900 before but i dont remem where.

Everybody is competive and thus about the same.
cant go wrong with Summit.

Look into Canfield Heads too, cost same as AFR's and flow more

Don't over look ebay as well, there's always a good deal going on. I like www.mustangsunlimited.com they're not cheap, but generally their par or just under price wise.

Mustangs unlimited is a good site, but Im lucky they have their store front 20 minutes from me. c-f-m is good also.

all afr dealers offer free shipping its all there allowed to offer and they also need to be within 3% of afr's retail price. Keep in mind also the standard valve spring on the 165-185 afr is useless.

amp performance has the 165cc for 1349. cheapest i've found. Ordered maf conversion from them and ordering the afr 165's tommorrow.

Yep, thats where I got mine, I think they were like $1284...

AFR standard springs are not "useless", there are people that make good power with them. They are still stronger than stock springs. The spring upgrade for pedestal heads is only $60, not that big of a deal...
