what gears do you recommend

what gears do you recommend
I need help deciding what gears for a 89 gt with an AOD. right now I can hit 50 mph in first gear. and on the freeway running 70 at 1700 rpm (any guess as to what is in there now). It is my weekend car and I drive it in town mostly and race it streetlight to streetlight against rice burners. I was thinking about 3:55 but I want to be able to take it on the freeway and at 70 be under 2500rpm. What gear do you guys think would work best?

Well, from streetlight to streetlight 4.10's are amazing 
It's what I currently have in my T5
Yeah, lots of people say it's pretty steep for my car.
But I can do 45 in First gear, so it's not soo bad.
Dont know how bad the gas mileage would be with the auto n 4.10's tho
But it's not bad at all for me
Atleast go 3.73 tho... It's a waste of a job to do any less
It's what I currently have in my T5
