This is driving me insane!!!
he good news is my Tweecer RT arived today. The bad news is I cant ****ing get this computer out so i can actually attach the tweecer! How the hell does this thing come out? I removed the one screw i saw on the harness holing it in. I then removed the screws hoding the plat down that had the thre wire harnesses attached to it. I then removed th green screw that lookd like it was grounding two wires. I can get it to slide up and down a bit, but the thing isnt even close to coming out.
In about 1 min, I'm just gonna pour some gas on the thing, light a match, and call it a day, LoL.
Any pointers for removing this damned thing? am I missing something?

RE: This is driving me insane!!!
there is only 1 screw i think that holds the thing in. it should come right out if you have already removed all the stuff you said. i know when i pulled mine out to hook up my pms harnesses to it, it was really easy.
good luck

RE: This is driving me insane!!!
you will want to disconnect the 3 harnesses in front of the ECU, then remove the ONE screw that holds the plastic bracket in place, pull outward on the bracket and down on the ECU, itll come out, you just have to work at it.

RE: This is driving me insane!!!
This just keps geing worse. So I managed to get it out. Seems that I had it right, just wastn pulling hard enough for fear that something would break. BUT...
Now the damned thing wont start! I connected the twecer, put everything back together, reconnected battery and tried to start. It just cranks and doesn't start up. So i removed the tweecer and just reconnected teh eec the way it was before, reconnected battery again and same thing...not cranking. No clue wtf the problem is and I'm too cold to check for a spark or fuel right now. Hoping i didnt somehow kill the computer, although I dont see how... never removed or replaced with the battery connected.
This just isnt my night
