Depending on the year of your AOD you're not going to be able to get the speedometer perfect with 3.90s or 4.10s. At around 75 mph I think my rpms are around 2600-2700, I can't remember but it's somewhere in that area. If I were you I would definentally go with 4.10s. I've got 3.90's, they're good, but I wish I would have went 4.10 or even a 4.30.

Get the 4.10's for auto, 4.30 would be pushin it, thats really steep.

I've also got an auto, I think right now they'd do me just fine as long as I didn't get on the interstate very often. You'd be lookin at about 3000 rpms doing 75 with the 4.30's.

thats pretty bad seeing how the stock 5.0 wont push it past 4800 rpm's in 4th gear in an AOD car

enough to get ya down the 1/4 but at about 125 you're gunna wish you had another gear lol

The rpm's are about 500 higher than with the stock 2.73's.
I went from 2.73's to 4.10's in my AOD car.

I am also running 3.90's in my 93 AOD and I believe at about 70mph I am around 2,400. Not bad at all & I agree w/ hatch. If I werent going w/ a poweradder and were keeping it NA I would of DEFINETLY went w/ 4.10's and possibly 4.30's. But yes, after 100mph it does suck w/ a stock car w/ gears.

There's not a terribly large difference between 3.90's and 4.10's anyway...4.10 ftw!

if you are contemplating swapping your auto for a t5 in the future would you go with 3.73 or 4.10 (is there a HUGE difference?)
