Default replace with f'glass or steel?

I plan on getting my 89 lx repainted after the new year. I know I'm going to replace the front bumper cover (any suggestions) but I think I might go ahead and replace the front two fenders as well. Any opinions on whether to go back with steel ones, or fiberglass? Thanks.

it is truly up to you with what you want. i would go with the production fenders if i was going to be driving the car every day. but if it was going to be just an occcasional drive or just racing the go with the fiberglass. butit is up to you. it will save some money also if you just went with ther steel ones.

I'd go for the steel fenders unless it was a full time racer.
