Default upper RPM misfiring

Ok i recently installed an MSD 6AL ignition box and kirban regulator. I tested the pressure from 39 to 42 and it still misfires at high RPM. i hear it wanting to buck, but i suspect its the MSD box. could it be that? what can be causing this? bad ground maybe?

Do you still have catalytic convertors on it?

did you install a new dist. cap and rotor when you added the MSD box?? did you get the blaster coil with it also?? what about the spark plug gaps?? also try the box without any chip in it and see if this helps any.

platinum plugs just last a long time, reg ole copper is better for performance, make sure you set the gap as per the MSD instructions if you wanna take good advantage of that extra spark

this is what my car has installed. MSD wires, MSD blaster 2 coil, new distributor cap/rotor, just installed the MSD box and the misfiring at high RPM took place. the box has a 7000 stall chip, its the only one that came with it i bought the box on ebay. what should the gap be on my plugs if i use autolite platinums that are fairly new?
