Will a stock 1990 axle hold up if i run it with slicks??

Maybe a few runs, i ran 6 times on slicks with stock 88 axles, but dont count on it being able to handle the abuse over and over.

I don't know the answer...but I'm gonna be running stock axles on drag radials. PRO50SC run 12.30s on stock axles.

Most people will tell you that you can't but, then again, most people don't know what they're talking about. I plan on slicks with my stock axles...

Dont know much about brands but definately get33 splines axles, alot stronger than 28 spline and maybe u wnat to look at getting a non-C clip axel. Plus an upgrade to the posi is a must.

I'm sure that if you're feathering the clutch out of the hole you'll be fine, it's the sudden burst of power than snaps them.
