How does it run when the weather is good?

It doesnt do it as bad, but you can still feel a slight bogging at low RPM. Another thing is when the car is cold it does it worse than after it warms up.

Generally, if it was the wires, it would do it more after it warms up. As the engine component get hotter, the wires create more resistance, in turn takes more for the spark to travel thru them. Are you mistaking bogging for missing? Use the correct term b/c the 2 words have different meanings.

It feels like it its not getting enough spark. Ive had my plug wires ground out on the headers before and it felt similar, just not as severe.

Well one thing you can try, take a spray bottle full of water and spray down the wires and see if it gets worse. How old are they?

They have AT LEAST 13,000 miles on them. They were on the car when i bought it, and ive put 13 on the odom. They are cheap murrays ones so i think that may be the problem.

See ifany water is getting incap and rotor. Gm has a problem with there 4.3s getting water in them. Causing it to bog when it raining or damp out.
